Norm Holcomb is a watercolor artist residing in Yarmouthport, Cape Cod. After retiring from public service in Yarmouth, Massachusetts and a career as a CPA, Norm restarted watercolor painting after a 50 year hiatus. Learning from other artists primarily on Youtube, Norm’s inspiration stems from the beautiful Cape Cod marine environment, New England landscapes and his interests in gardening, skiing and flyfishing.
